This is the Terms and Conditions Agreement which serves as a legal agreement between you (the “You”, “you”, “customer”,, “client”) and Al Anas Adv.Gift & supply.  Al Anas Adv.Gift & supply is the trading name for Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply registered in the UAE under Professional License in Sharjah, UAE.

By gaining access and using our website to place order online, in person or any other mode of communication, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as an individual or if you are agreeing to this agreement on behalf of your company, then  “you”, “customer” or “client” means your company, and you are binding your company to this Agreement. Content provided to you on Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply  (the “Website”) defines our tools and services (“Service” or “Services). If however you do not find these terms and conditions acceptable, please do not use this website and exit immediately.

Article 1: Customer Obligations

1. Our Services shall not be used by Customer with a wrongful purpose or intent.
2. If due to poorly prepared data provided by customer, the company suffers loss or damage, the Customer will need to compensate for such damages.

The customers agrees to indemnify com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply, its employees, agents and third party vendors, and to defend and hold each member of the company’s team involved in the product production and delivery harmless, from any and all claims and liabilities (including attorney fees),or from any other loss or damage of whatever kind which may result from the Customer’s unauthorised use of material obtained from the internet.

Article 2: Price, Payment Method

1. 1. Prices on the Quotation areclearly marked in United Arab Emirati Dirham
2. 2. Payment shouldbe processed and completed by credit card, bank payment or money on delivery.
3. 3. Customers areto to pay the overall value of the order fully (100%) or place  a 50% of the overall price of the order.
4. 4. When an order is paid 50%up front, the remaining 50% is expected to paid on delivery and failure to  pay the remaining balance we would have withhold the product.
5. 5. The moneyon Delivery payment choice is just available for order totaling 150 AED or below.
6. 6. Order totals above150 AED will solely be paid by credit card or bank deposit with 50% payment or 100 %  full payment will be taken at this point. Without this we'll not proceed with your
7. 7. Proof of payment should be shared with us for all payments made  before we are able to proceed with printing.
8. 8. Banks mighttake up to two business days for any transactions to appear on their system, which can cause delay in production of order if you wait till the last minute to make payment. Please be advised.
9. 9. It is the responsibility of the customer make sure certain information provided, for the aimof the Order and its delivery, are be correct with enough funds or credit facilities readily accessible to cover the total cost of the products
10. 10. Should a customer's deposit cheque bounce, wereserve the right to charge two  hundred (200) AED as a penalty.

Article 3: Value Added Tax

From January 1^st 2018, the UAE has introduced VAT at a customary rate of 5%, which is chargeable products and services within the UAE. Also, we would like to bring to your notice that every order placed on Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply, — whether or not through the web site, by phone, email, or personally at the workplace — from  January 1st 2018 will incur VAT wherever VAT is applicable. 5% VAT  will also be added to your shopping cart during the checkout process.

Article 4: Registered Matters • Procedures

3. 3. As a customer of the Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply, you acknowledge and represents that you are an individual of at least 18 years of age, who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
4. 4. Your Order of any our services and products will be handled and processed in such a way that is exclusive to our company’s method of handling and processing. However, should the data not be print ready or available in any way, there might be production delays, in turn causing delivery delays. 5. 5. The customer will be sent relevant notifications about the website Service, product campaigns or other forms of direct mail to the email address registered in the account.

Article 5: Intellectual Property

1. 1. This website is owned and operated Al Anas Adv.Gift & supply. Unless otherwise noted, we own the copyright with respect to all content on the Website. Content on the website such as: text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software server information, and anything else hosted on this site. All rights to content, services and server information are reserved. A violation of our copyright has been done if any modification is made to the site content by third party. Article 6: Cancellation & Refunds policy

1. 1. Cancelled Order will attract a cancellation fee of 15% of the Order Value or 250 AED, whichever is higher. This fee is meant to cover the administration, accounts and prepress cost associated with your order as well as Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply, are going to be entitled to charge for materials purchased for the client, such charge to be a direct debt due to Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply.
2. 2. Design Cost(Minimum AED 35) or as applicable will be charged depending on the Order Value and the Effort Cost, for any cancellation.
3. 3. Cost will be revised for any change in the Quantity.
4. 4. Orders paid by credit card aresubject to a processing This fee is collected by the credit card company not us and as a result we don't receive the complete amount paid for an order using credit card. For this reason, if you cancel by credit card we are unable to refund you the complete amount paid.
5. 5.Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed. We appreciate your understanding on the matter.
6. 6. Customers have the right to cancel or modify an Order as long production has not started on it.
7. 7. All our productsand services are created to order. Once production process has been commenced for the creation of an order, but you wish to cancel the order for any reason, a 100% cancellation fee (order value) is going to be charged (fee should be paid by Bank Deposit or Credit Card).
8. 8. If the Customer defaults or fails to pay his or her debts in the ordinary course of business or cannot pay its debts as they become due or files a voluntary petition for bankruptcy protection or an assignment for benefit of creditors or is the subject of an involuntary bankruptcy petition, then in any such event, Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply, without prejudice to other solutions shall have the right not to proceed further with the ongoing order/contract or any other work for the customer.
9. 9. Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.
10. 10. Customer can cancel their order within 2 hours (cancellation fee refer: article 6, point no 1); refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.

Article 8: Storage File Responsibilities

1. 1. By assessing our site you are providing us with information, files, data (“your files”) that you submit through the E-mail or any other mode of communication. We do not claim any possession or exclusivity of your files, your files are still 100% yours. These Terms do not grant us rights to your files, except for the few rights required to run the Service. You give us permission that extends to trusted third parties we use to provide the Services.

1. 2. We do not hold or save your print data for a long period of time. In a case where you want to recreate an order with the same exact details from your previous order, please re-upload that file to our Website.
2. 3. Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply, will not be accountable for maintaining and protecting all of your files. We will not be liable for any loss or corruption of your files, or for any costs or expenses related to backing up or restoring any of your files.

Article 9: Delivery Issues

1. 1. Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply, is a printing service with our own dedicated production facility. Our manufacturing plant doesn’t enough space and isn't a storage centre for unwanted or unwanted print orders. we've a thirty (30) day grace period where we hold onto your undelivered orders till we can re-deliver your order(s) or till you come to our client Lounge to finish your pickup.

Orders with us that exceed the 30 day grace period will be discarded. Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply, will not welcome claims for reprints or (partial / full) refunds for orders that have been disposed of after the thirty day grace period, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Customer does not respond or reply to our multiple attempts at contact and delivery.
• Customer is constantly away / out of office, does not show an deliberate attempt in trying to coordinate a schedule to receive printed items.
• Customer is abroad on business / personal matters for an extended period of time.
• Customer has not collected their printed materials from our Customer Lounge.

3. 3. If the Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply, team is unable to reach a customer to deliver printed goods and has to discard your print items because the grace period runs out and we have no other place to store them, we will not be held responsible for the disposal. Should the customer need or want the printed items after they have been discarded, the customer would have to request new order for the disposed items, and pay the full print price.

Article 10: Exchange or Return of Goods

1. 1. Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply stands for our Quality printing and service. If you are not satisfied with your recent purchase from us, please contact our Customer Service by phone or send us a mail within 7 business days from the date your printed materials were delivered to you
2. 2. All materials we create in producing your printed product are the property of Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply Although these materials will not be sold or given to any third party, we reserve the authority and right to showcase some samples of our work which may include your printed product at our Customer Lounge (”office”). Please note that your printed product or the images used for your printed product will not be without prior written consent for any advertising.

Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply is dedicated to the satisfaction of every customer and make sure to do everything possible to ensure we deliver superior print quality and service. We strongly implore our Customers to check with our design department, prior to submitting their data. Customers will be responsible for fixing any errors discovered in the process, authorise us to print as-is or we can make necessary modifications or design adjustments for a small fee.Certain circumstances are beyond our control and not covered by this guarantee, including and not limited to:
2. • Incorrect or invalid delivery addresses, multiple delivery attempt or other related errors done by Customer.
   • Damage to the products arising after having received the delivery.
   • We reserve the right to have you return the complete original order before reprinting or refunding your order
   3. 3. Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply isn'tanswerable for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving  materials that are defective or incomplete.

   Article 11: Delivery Policy

   3. 3. Normal Priority delivery will be free of cost and same day or high priority delivery cost 50 aed
   4. 4. All Over UAE Same Day Delivery Avilable as premium service and Normal Priority Delivery will take 2 business day
   5. 4. International Delivery time will de depends on quantity of order and destination
   6. Lookatmeprint.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
   7. Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

   Article 12: Colour Accuracy, Digital Proofs, Liability

   1. 1. Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply will recreate colour from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible but cannot recreate the exact cannot colour and density. As a result of obvious limitations with the printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements, the accuracy of colour reproduction cannot be guaranteed. By placing an order on Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply you agree to this limitation. We will try our best to match the density of each colour, but we accept no responsibility for colour variations between submitted files and the final printed piece.
   2. 2. Under no circumstances will a reprint be honored for colour variations that have occurred during the printing process. We are not liable for colour matching or ink density on Digital (“electronic” or “soft”) proofs that you approve. Digital proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not colour or density. Application of special coatings mightresult and alter the looks of the written colors. We would not be held responsible for the ultimate color look of a coated or laminated product.
   3. 3. Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply does not print Sample (“colour”, “printed” or “press”) proofs as standard. Should the Customer be concerned with how colours may appear on selected stocks, Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply strongly urge Customers to order a printed Sample proof which might increase the overall cost a bit but will save you from worry.
   4. 4. Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply is not liable for errors in a final printed product caused by any of the following reasons
   • Colour shifts due the conversion of RGB-to-CMYK or Pantone-to-CMYK or any other colour mode to CMYK;
   • Low resolution or inferior quality graphics and images;
   • Artwork lacking bleed;
   • Spelling, punctuation, typographical and grammatical errors;
   • Damaged, corrupt or non-embedded fonts;
   • Transparency or blending mode issues;
   • Overprint issues;
   • Duplicate orders submitted by the Customer (intentionally or accidentally);

• Uploading/submitting incorrect print files (non-finalised versions);
• Incorrect artwork orientation;
• Artwork files not created to our print specifications;
• Errors in Customer-selected options such as size, paper, quantity and finishing;
• Cutting or size variations (due to improperly sized data, data without trim marks, or different sized data)

Article 13: Unforeseeable Circumstances

We shall not be held liable for experiencing delays in performance as a result of unforeseen or uncontrollable factors like strikes, lockouts, riots, floods, severe weather, earthquakes, fires, casualty, acts of God, acts of public enemy, epidemic, quarantine restrictions, freight embargo, lack of transportation, government restrictions of priority, litigation, insurrection, war, inability to obtain needed materials and other acts of failures beyond our control. During the continuance of any such event the customer may by written notice to Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply elect to end the contract and pay for only work done and materials used, but subject thereto shall otherwise accept delivery when available.

Article 14: Indemnity, Governing Laws

You shall indemnify and hold Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply.com of Al Anas Adv. Gifts & Supply, its affiliates and each entity’s directors, managers, employees harmless in respect of any claim, loss, liability, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees and expenses) arising as a result of or in connection with:p>

• any claim that the Content infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party;
• any break of warranty, representation or obligation in or arising out of these Terms and Conditions;
• your use of the Website in violation of these Terms and Conditions; and
• arising from your use or conduct on the Website.

Any rude, harsh or explicit behavior of a client towards any Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply (Al Anas Adv.Gift & supply)Support member will lead to termination of services for the client or customer involved in the incident. Customers are expected to communicate to the support team in the best dignified manner and not use any form of inappropriate communication (including profanity).

You agree that Lookatmeprint.com of Al Anas Adv.Gift & Supply may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your account, your access to the Service and/or block your future access to the Service. Article 16: General Information
